I was on my way to work today, everything was good. Heading down Harden Valley, almost to the first light at the bridge. A black honda was about 4 car lengths ahead of me.

A blue car with some dumb blond bitch pulls out to the median across the 2 lanes of traffic and stops. She waits till the black Honda in front of me passes. I’m now about 10 feet from here and closing fast, doing just under 45, and she turned out in my way.

Next thing I know I’m watching the pavement as I slide sideways across too the second lane and off the roadside. Suddenly I’m on the side of the road facing traffic. Motor was dead. She had pulled up a little ways to the red light, I jumped out screaming at her. She pulls away and heads for the interstate.

I jump back in my CJ7 and spun it around in time to catch her right before the second light to the ramp to the interstate. Got her number, 759PQP and wondered if she even knew what was going on. Well now I’m doing 80 with the motor roaring trying to keep up with this bitch on her cell phone poping in and out of traffic. Yeah, I’m doing 80 and she is pulling away. Running? I come around and see she is on her cell phone, gave her the bird and went on to work was already late from it.

Shitty story aside…

Can you really do anything in this position? Is it too late to report her? Is there anything to report? If I had hit her, who’s fault would it have been?

Anyways its been crazy. Only because the design has changed since the start, and I’ve never used the Cube Cart software. Cube Cart itself seams like a fairly decent software with good structure. However the way it works, is complete hell. We have discussed the creation of a new website in the background of the intitial launch of Rock-Wear, I can tell you right now the new one will have nothing to do with cube cart. I can make a better site from scratch, and I will.

I’ve enjoyed it at the same time. Its a large project. At first he just wanted some simple CSS and HTML changes. I proposed to him more than he wanted, a complete redesign. The best of luck to him with his sales, I really hope my effort to create a nice looking site will help him succeed. The next site, will set a new bar in my design. I’ve set the goal high, to build my best website to date. Something I’ll set a new standard in quality for in my designs. Something that shows the work involved in its creation. Detail. Function. Product Delivery. It will be Rock-Wear 2.0….
